Our Hallmark Event
A formal celebration of young men on the rise
The Beautillion is the hallmark event of the Arlington Chapter of Jack and Jill of America, Inc. It is a formal recognition and celebration of college-bound African American male high school seniors. For 26 years, our chapter has presented its beaux to the community. In March 2027, we do it for the 27th time.
The 2027 Theme
“Empowering Young Men through Legacy, Resilience, and Purpose”
Legacy
Honoring heritage, and valuing the lessons and examples that shape who they are.
Resilience
Building the strength and confidence to persevere through adversity and grow from setbacks.
Purpose
Discovering their talents, pursuing meaningful goals, and making a positive impact.
The Journey
More than one night. Months of preparation.
Before they take the stage, the beaux corps completes a program built to develop leadership and character for life after graduation.

Practical preparation for the next 4 years and the career that follows.

Mentorship
Each beau is paired with men who have walked the road ahead of him.

Formal Etiquette Dinner
The details of a formal table, a firm handshake, and a first impression.
iv.
Community Service
Hands-on projects that serve the Greater Arlington area.
v.
Boys-to-Men Retreat
Time away together to reflect, bond, and talk honestly about manhood.

Leadership Development
Training that equips them to lead on campus and beyond.
Who You Will Meet
The evening’s presentation
The Beaux
College-bound high school seniors, and the honorees of the evening. They make their formal debut after completing the full Beautillion program.
The Belle Escorts
The young ladies who accompany the beaux in the formal presentation, with programming of their own along the way.

The Beautillion is the Arlington Chapter’s Foundation fundraiser. Jack and Jill of America, Incorporated and its children do not receive or benefit from any monies raised at this fundraiser.
