Grade Group Thrusts
The children of Jack & Jill are divided up into grade groups according to their grade. Each grade group is required to meet all of the Program Thrusts & Areas of Focus during the program year The Mother is responsible for hosting an activity that fulfills at least one of the thrusts/Focus areas listed.:
Education
Focuses on academic enrichment & intellectual development.
Cultural
Emphasizes exposure to arts, history, heritage, and multiculturalism.
S.T.E.A.M.
Emphasizes the integration of the arts with traditional STEM.
Health
Promotes physical, mental, and emotional well-being..
Civic/Legislative
Promotes social responsibility, and active citizenship.
Leadership Development
Provides skills and confidence to be n effective leader.
Financial Literacy
Promotes essential money management skills & financial knoweldge.
Community Service
Focuses on cultivating a sense of responsibility and civic engagement.
Social/ Recreational
Focuses on providing fun relationship-building activites.

Our History

- We are part of the South Central region.
- Our status was granted in 1992.
- Founders: Ms. Emma Walker and Mrs. Doris Johnson
- Mother Doris Johnson serverd as the 1st president.

These are mother members who have graduated out , but still actively dedicate their time to the organization.

The age requirement is from 4 to 19 years old.
